Love your parents? Then maybe you can try to memorize and implement the following dua:
رَبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا
(Rab-bir ham-hoo-ma ka-ma rabba ya-nee sa-ghee-ra) [the ham sounds like the English word hum]
(My Lord! Have mercy on them both as they did care for me when I was little)
It's in the Quran, Surat Isra. It's found at the end of verse 17:24. Maybe you can even teach your kids so they can make this powerful dua for you?
